I figured I would post especially since I just talked about her in relations to Billy Bojangles Robinson.
Ref:(Alabama Getaway)

The following has a life summary:
http://xfinity.comcast.net/articles/entertainment-movies/20140211/US-Obit-Shirley-Temple/?cid=hero_media

the article included the following quote:

"She teamed with the great black dancer Bill "Bojangles" Robinson in two 1935 films with Civil War themes,
"The Little Colonel" and "The Littlest Rebel."
Their tap dance up the steps in "The Little Colonel"
(at a time when interracial teamings were unheard-of in Hollywood) became a landmark in the history of film dance."

Hey BD -That's a trip.
I wonder if they will have to round her up off the streets of Frisco for the funeral or if she is living the lifestyles of the rich an famous-outta sight/outta mind.
Whatever the case it does not sound like she was very industrious. (Of course every story has a few sides)
Although extremely Not all cool what she is doing to the kitty in that picture.
(Hope the kitty-cat exacted some kind of revenge)
And my kitty just purred an AMEN!
